    By-pass the stock 5 amp CANbus harness on 2005 - August 2006 BMW motorcycles with a heavy-duty 15 amp Powerlet harness. The stock BMW socket is not replaced on these early models. The Powerlet harness works with standard battery chargers and powers all heated clothing (up to 180 Watts), just like the outlet on your older BMW.
