Shipping and Return Policy
Orders will be shipped "best way" via USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on size, weight and value. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order.
As part of our commitment to customer service, BeemerShop offers a fair and generous return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any normally stocked item purchased through our site or at our location, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. When returning an item(s), all parts, and printed materials must be in their original packaging in the return shipment to be eligible for a full refund.
Shipping fees are refundable when items are shipped to you incorrectly or are defective. Other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Sorry, no returns on special order items, tools, electrical items or custom made products, such as Wilbers shocks. No returns after 30 Days.
After 15 days of customer receipt of an item, handling fees of 15% of original purchase price may be assessed on returned products.
To return an item, call 831-438-1100 or email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. List the returned item(s) and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), exchange item(s) will be shipped or an electronic refund issued as directed. Re-shipments and refund transactions are confirmed via email.
