I bought this shock to upgrade my 2011 F800GS since I am fairly heavy rider (aprox 260lbs), so stock shock is not ideal for me. I spoke to Ted and he recommended this shock, I do NOT regret it, although it is a bit pricey for my budget, it is outstanding, feels like a completely different bike and having the adjustment to customize is something I really enjoy. Highly recommend this shock to anyone looking for an upgrade to ride offroad.
