ESA & New Shocks:
 1-2 day setup time

Please Note:  ESA Conversions do not go into the service queue and are turned around typically in 1-2 days, provided you have done the following:
1. Already reserved your new shock(s) with an order before you send your old shock in for the ESA parts transfer.
2. Set your preload to the MIN or One Rider position.

Failure to reserve a shock with an on-line or phone order in advance of sending in your old shock can result in delays.
